Exceptional Roofing & Renovation Services
I am 100% satisfied with my new roof. It was almost 6 months after the hurricane that I finally found trustworthy contractor Victor Villanueva with Universal Roofing here in Valdosta,GA. He was recommended by a friend who was also thrilled with her new roof by Universal Roofing.

Their "I had the pleasure of working with Universal Remodeling and Roofing after a hurricane caused significant damage to my home’s siding and fence. From the start, they were incredibly professional and thorough in assessing the damage. What truly impressed me was their persistence with my insurance company. Despite the insurer initially only offering to cover one side of my house’s siding, Universal Remodeling and Roofing successfully negotiated and got them to pay for the entire house’s siding replacement! They also went above and beyond by getting my entire fence replaced, which I wasn’t expecting. The quality of the work was outstanding, and they completed the project on time and within budget. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the level of service I received. I highly recommend Universal Remodeling and Roofing to anyone in need of repairs or home improvement work. They truly went the extra mile for me and made a stressful situation much easier to handle."attention to detail is unmatched.

The staff were stellar. From the pleasent lady in the office, the respectful gentleman that quoted or estimate to the labor crew that installed the new roof. EVERYONE was professional. They completed the job quickly and with outstanding service. The materials were quality. The cost was fair and affordable. Will definately be using them for more projects in the future. Hope to be their best new customers. :)
